Ban.Do Usability Testing Research Project

The purpose of this project was to conduct usability testing on the ecommerce site, Ban.Do. Throughout this project, my team conducted various usability testing techniques by asking participants a series of questions and tasks to complete. As researchers, we collected detailed findings and created recommendations for Ban.Do to improve their website’s usability.

This project was done for my user experience research course (IMS 413).
