Tarte Text Mining Project
In this project, I used text mining techniques in RStudio to analyze YouTube comments regarding a Tarte brand trip marketing efforts. By extracting and analyzing the comments, I gained insight on sentiment scores and perceptions of the brand and their marketing techniques. The process included data processing, data analysis, and sentiment analysis. Based on the data found, I provided insights and recommendations for Tarte to improve their brand awareness and marketing strategies.
This project was done for my analytical research and reasoning for marketers course (MKT 335).
