Brand Blend Project

In this innovative project, I combined two brands, pumpkin puree with hard taco shells to create a unique seasonal ice cream novelty, Pumpkin Patch Crunch, featuring the popular pumpkin spice flavor. Following a structured approach, I identified jobs to be done, developed various possibilities, and curated strategies on how to win and where to play. I focused on key points of differentiation, determined essential truths for proceeding, and identified barriers to choice. After thorough testing, I curated a comprehensive marketing recommendation for this new product under the Nestlé brand. Based on in-depth research, I created two strategic marketing positions: targeting households and selling within Disney World parks. This project showcases my ability to blend creativity with strategic marketing to develop a compelling new brand and product.
